1、In Terms Of Raw Materials
2、Main Cylinder
The maximum tonnage of the main oil cylinder can reach 500-1500T. It combines wet and dry processes and has multiple modes to choose from. Simulated dual pressure mode/single pressure vibration mode/pure vibration mode, making the surface and bottom layers of the product connect more firmly and improving the quality of the surface layer. Higher strength, minimizing the impact of deep processing on the surface layer; the main machine adopts casting technology and is integrally formed to ensure that the equipment will not deform or open welding when high tonnage pressure is applied, making it stable and reliable.
3、Main Oil cylinder Lateral Displacement Device
Side shifting device: When making curbstones, the curbstone mould can be added with a side shifting device to meet the requirements for adding surface layers to the sild and vertical surfaces of the product, so that both the side and vertical surfaces of the product can meet the smooth surface requirements.
4、Upper Mould Heating System
Upper mould heating system: Ensure that the upper mould works at a constant temperature of 40". When producing the surface layer, the moisture of the material can be increased without causing mucous membrane, making the strength level higher.
