The material stored in the hopper is sent from the pump to the mold cavity to solidify the product.The storage hopper is equipped with a broken arch device, and it is continuous to mix the material before the injecting to prevent the segregation of material.The travelling device adopt servo system to ensure the precise positioning between the injecting gun and the injecting mouth. The injecting system has the function of automatic opening and closing the injecting mouth. The grouting mouth is automatically opened before the grouting, and the injecting mouth is automatically closed after the grouting is completed. The injecting system is equipped with a quantitative control device, which ensures the same quality of the product through setting the material that is sent into the mold cavity, and does not cause slurry leakage due to the excessive pumping of materials. The complete automatic injecting system is controlled by PLC, and two pieces of mould can be injected at the same time without personnel operation in the whole process.
