Yang Shaoe: "I love this job and never regret it."

   "My isolation for epidemic prevention will be over in one week! I can go home and reunite with my family for Celebrating the Chinese New Year!" On the morning of January 24, 2022, Yang Shaoe, a staff member of the after-sales service department of Quanzhou City Sanlian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.,(S.L Machinery) happily shared with the reporter on the phone. Due to work needs, in 2021, Yang Shaoe took a flight to Dubai, UAE and went to Sharjah. Although the work of installing brick machine had already been completed, he had to stay for additional two months abroard because of the COVID-19 epidemic .

During this period, he was anxious , but he never complained. In the face of the overall situation of epidemic prevention, Yang Shaoe's courage of taking responsibility and optimistic spirit is admirable, which also reflects the "way to break the situation" of the management innovation of S.L Machinery .

During the epidemic, it is difficult to get a flight ticket for returning home

 In  mid July of 2021, Yang Shaoe, who was still on a trip in Anhui Province, received a special task that our company arranged for him to the UAE to install a complete production line of brick machine for one of our cusotmers. After dealing with the various to-do tasks at hand, on August 28, he set out from Quanzhou to Guangzhou and took a flight to Dubai, UAE.

   When  arrived in Sharjah, he met with the customer and began to discuss the installation plan of the production line." Under the high temperature of 45 degrees, exposure to the sun and maladjustment of eating habits, Yang Shaoe can only drink as much water as possible every day and wear two work clothes to resist strong ultraviolet rays.

In order to ensure that the brick machine installation work can be finished as schedule, before Yang Shaoe arrived at the site, he had already communicated with the customer about preparation for brick machine installation such as assist for customs clearance and other issues in advance .

Our company overcame all difficulties, not only to deliver the goods to customers in good condition, but also to ensure the complete production line run and operate smoothly at the factory site .We got the information from Minister Li of the after-sales service department of S.L machinery that we received this order from our customer in 2019 and the goods should be delievered at the beginning of 2020 as the original schedule. Due to some reasons from our customer, S.L machinery delivered all the items in the year of 2021 as request of the customer.

    With the full support and cooperation of our customer, all his jobs went quite smoothly. After he finished the brick machine installation and commissioning of the complete brick machine production line, and started to train the customer's workers on how to operate the brick machine and keep maintenance of the euipment.

      With nearly 20 years of experience in the brick machine industry, Yang Shaoe has completed the installation of the complete production line such as mixer, batching machine, cement silo and other equipment on schedule with rich installation experience and skilled installation technology. He also debugged the formula of raw materials according to the local raw materials and customer needs, so as to achieve the best product effect.

   On October 15, 2021. After finished all the jobs and started to return by flight with great expectation, He learned that all flights to China had been grounded due to the epidemic. Although he was a little depressed, Yang Shaoe was still looking forward to getting good news on returning to China. 

     This trip is not his first to work abroad, he has also been to Oman, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Algeria, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Maldives and other countries. Due to the particularity of the epidemic, the way home is temporarily blocked, which can be understood and overcome. " Yang Shaoe knew in his mind that it was difficult to get a ticket to return home, so he could only comfort himself to have fun in "hardship".

S.L Machinery:The concept of people-oriented is moved  

   Over time, the impact of the epidemic was far worse than Yang Shaoe had expected

      During his work at our customer’s factory, the customer provided him with accommodation, but the expenses for over detention time was much higher than the customer could bear. so he left the customer’s place, at that time ,S.L Machinery General Manager Mr. Fu immediately asked for help from one of his local friends in Dubai to find a safe place for him, We thought that Chinatown in Dubai is a good place , because on the one hand ,there are many Chinese in Chinatown, on the other hand, accommodation is also convenient there. " Yang Shaoe lamented that with the help of the customer, he successfully arrived in Dubai. Thanks to the help from good friend in Dubai,he got the safe room there, the double "protection" made him feel warm when he stayed at abroard.

     While waiting for the flight of returning home, Yang Shaoe was still very busy for preparing some jobs of returning ,for examples ,he was studying relative epidemic prevention knowledge every day, accepted nucleic acid testing and serum antibody testing etc.

  In the past two months, he accepted testing for 11 times in total,  he learned that besides testing from the testing agency designated by the Chinese Embassy, he should also accept another nucleic acid test and serum antibody test according to the requirements of his returning airline- Etihad airways ( As the flight from Abu Dhabi to Shanghai is carried out by Etihad airways,) the nucleic acid test and serum antibody test shall be conducted at the G42 nucleic acid testing institution in Abu Dhabi on the 7th day before departure. Six hours before taking off, “I had to accept a rapid nucleic acid test at the institution, and I can return home only we are negative. " Yang Shaoe was still terrified when he spoke. Although all the testing reports were qualified, he was still very anxious until he arrived at the airport on January 3, 2022, and he was relieved at last when he got his boarding pass and passed the security checkpoint. “ It's hard to go abroad, even harder to return home!” Yang Shaoe was filled a mixed mood of joy and unease when he got the very expensive returning flight ticket worth of RMB 98000 yuan. and he said:" The joy is that I can go home and I can finally go home and stop my family from worrying about me,Actually,In order to avoid my family worring about me ,I did not tell them the truth of my trip at abroard before I left China .To make me unease is everything had been done for my returning by S.L Machinery,  S.L Machinery mobilized all forces and efforts and asked the help of the embassy, relevant provincial and municipal government departments, social organizations and customers, so that I arrive home with safety at last ."

" Yang Shaoe told the reporter with deeply feeling and said that he loves this job very much and he is happy to become one of members in the family of S.L machinery. He has never regretted it. if the company needs next time, he will do the same without hesitation.

   Now, Yang Shaoe has completed the first round of isolation for epidemic prevention in Shanghai for 14 days. At present, he is in the second round of isolation in his hometown of Huaihua, Hunan province, and he will be reunited with his family on the first day of the year of the tiger.
