According to reports from Zhejiang News, Zhejiang province will start the "thousand items with trillion CNY" engeering in the year of 2023, over 1,000 provincial major projects are carried out every year, and complete an investment of more than 1 trillion CNY every year.

In order to fully implement the project of expanding effective investment of "thousand items with trillion CNY" engeering, seize the construction work of major projects in 2023. The office of Provincial Government issued the Implementation Plan of Major Projects of Expanding Effective Investment of "thousand items with trillion CNY" Engeering in Zhejiang Province in 2023. According to the Implementation Plan, 791 projects of provincial major will be arranged in the first batch, with an annual planned investment of 833.7 billion CNY.
